Thanksgiving 2013

Every year for Thanksgiving I get to go to my mom's house and help her make Thanksgiving dinner. I love this holiday not only because it reminds us to be thankful for what we have but also because I love to cook, it just makes me so happy!! Andrew has to work on Thanksgiving every year because he works every Thursday, but we do a mini Thanksgiving dinner just us! Here are some pictures from Paislee's first Thanksgiving!

We are so happy that you got your Christmas present and that you like it! We really do think of you everyday and thank our Father in Heaven for you everyday too!! We love you lots and hope you and Dee Dee have a great Christmas!! 

Halloween 2013

Paislee was the cutest strawberry you have ever seen!! She would grin at everyone and just melt their hearts!!

We had so much fun at this corn maze and carnival on a little weekend trip we took as a family! Paislee loved looking around at everything and took it all in. We played games, ate some good food and just enjoyed spending time as a family! 

Paislee's cousins couldn't get enough of her at Halloween. When someone would call her a little bug or watermelon her cousins would chime in and say "She is a cute little Strawberry!" I thought it was pretty sweet. 

When we were carving pumpkins Paislee wanted to suck on the pumpkin instead. She loved all the candy she got from trick-or-treating, she didn't get to taste any of it but she sure loved to play with it :D 

We had such a great time on Paislee's first Halloween. We are already trying to decide what we can be as a family next year for Halloween. We weren't on the ball this year to get us all costumes to match but next year we will!! I'm excited, I love Halloween!

A quick update!

We've been having lots of fun over the past few weeks. Paislee is just growing like crazy and making us so happy. Her smile lights up the room and can make anyone smile.

5 months already, and just as cute as ever. She has a tooth, another one is trying to come in but hasn't yet. I have tried to get a picture of her toothy grin but can't quite snap the camera before she hides her tooth away! She loves to play with her tooth with her tongue it is so funny.

Paislee is loved by so many, all of our nieces and nephews just want to love on her and feed her and help as much as they can! 

Everyone went to Grandma Jeanie's and Grandpa Rick's for the weekend. The kids had a blast playing on their playground and just being with each other.

Busy Busy Busy

This sweet little angel keeps us pretty busy. We've also been trying to enjoy the last bits of summer. So I'll post quite a few pictures of what we've been up to.

We enjoyed watching the first Broncos game of this year. Paislee loves to watch football with us!

4 months already, we can't even believe how fast it has gone by. This sweet little girl is our everything!

Time for cereal! She loves it, we're going to try veggies next we'll see how she likes those. We'll be sure to take some pictures! 

She is just growing so fast and is getting such a fun personality. 

Sorry it was so long since I posted on the blog, I will try to be better. We hope you are doing well and that you enjoyed summer. It went by way to quick, but we love fall at our house. We are excited for cooler temps and all the fun holidays. We love you lots!!! 

Lake Day!

We went to one of the lakes we live near and had a lake day with cousins, Aunts and Grandma! It was such a fun day. It was actually Paislee's first time at the lake, she loved it. She loved watching all the little kids running around and playing in the water and sand. I know she was just thinking how much she wanted to get down and play in it. After we were done playing in the lake we went and got shakes and ice cream cones to top off our day.

1st Family Camping Trip

We had our first family campout this last weekend. Andrew, Paislee, Ruger and myself went up the mountains to enjoy the outdoors and eat some good food. Paislee had a great time. She loves being outside and especially loves to watch Ruger play fetch with dad. Andrew made us some yummy dutch oven food. Paislee slept through the night and was such a good girl. We woke up early to go see if we could see some animals. We ended up seeing about 400-500 elk. It was a really fun experience. 

All in all we had a great time and I would deem our first campout a success!

This little girl melts our hearts everyday! We just love her so much. It is so fun to watch her grow and learn new things. Here is a video of her telling us some sweet sweet stories before bed!!
